What kind of work do you do?
J.C. Colonial Inc. is a general contractor. We handle a variety of home renovation projects. We also employ a select group of qualified subcontractors to assist us by providing expertise in every area of home renovation.

Do you provide a written estimate?
We’ll be more than happy to provide you with a written estimate, as well as a detailed work schedule and list of deliverables upon reaching a work agreement.

Will you take out the required permits?
If you require, J.C. Colonial will handel construction permits for your project.

Do you have worker’s compensation and liability insurance?
J.C. Colonial and our workers are fully insured to give you peace of mind should any issues arise while the project is being completed.

How do you deal with clean-up?
Our trained work crews provide full site clean-up. Your home will be left tidy and free of dust and debris. J.C. Colonial Inc. will also dispose of any hazardous materials in an appropriate manner as prescribed by local authorities.
