Pleasant, putting on a two storey addition and rebuilding it structurally and replacing all heating, cooling, plumbing and electrical systems. "Our partnership owns an historic concert hall and event theater with several different storeys and tenancies. J.C. Colonial was hired to create a sound separation between the main two storeys concert hall and the two storey live theater venue below, and to renovate the theater venue. The sound separation of the two uses was a fairly complex undertaking and one many construction teams would not take on. The project was completed on time and on budget and the theater user and the ownership group were pleased with the results."
